Blue Diamond Resorts app

Blue Diamond Resorts is excited to announce a major enhancement to its guest services with the launch of the new Royalton Resorts and Planet Hollywood Beach Resorts app. This significant upgrade aligns with the company’s mission to continually enhance the guest experience through innovation and convenience.

The app introduces an advanced feature called “Hassle-Free Reservation Dining,” allowing guests to easily make dining reservations directly from their mobile devices. This feature ensures that guests can secure their preferred dining times with minimal effort. For those staying in the exclusive Diamond Club™ and Star Class™ room categories, the app offers an enhanced “Butler Managed Priority Dining” option, accessible either through the app or via their personal butler.

Designed to enhance the overall stay, the app provides a range of features for a seamless experience across various resorts within the Blue Diamond Resorts portfolio. Guests can take advantage of special offers, explore interactive resort maps with geolocation, consult live entertainment schedules, book spa treatments and other services, order room service, request mini bar replenishments, and reserve activities such as FlowRider® and Planet Play. Additionally, the app facilitates direct communication with guest services and allows for easy booking of excursions through PH Experiences or Royalton Excursions.

Already successfully implemented at Planet Hollywood Cancun, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort, Royalton Punta Cana, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort & Casino, and Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort, the app has significantly reduced waiting times in restaurants and heightened guest satisfaction.

Developed in partnership with its affiliated company, GoNexus, the new app is available for download on both the iOS App Store and the Android Store. Blue Diamond Resorts is confident that this technological advancement will greatly enhance the guest experience by making reservations and service requests more efficient and user-friendly.
