Led by the Corporate Head Butler, the training program has already been successfully completed by the butler teams at Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun, Royalton Riviera Cancun, and Hideaway at Royalton Riviera Cancun. In addition to refining service techniques, the certification introduces new team members to the high standards of the hotel management company, ensuring consistency in luxury service across all properties.
