Royalton Punta Cana, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort & Casino, served as the host venue for the launch of All-Inclusive Talent, an innovative employment inclusion program that reinforces the brand’s commitment to diversity and inclusion in the hospitality industry. This initiative represents a significant step toward creating a more equitable and accessible work environment, aligned with the brand’s core values.

The event, which brought together representatives from the tourism sector, media outlets, and strategic partners such as the National Disability Council (CONADIS – by its acronym in Spanish), was marked by heartfelt speeches and key moments that underscored the importance of fostering inclusive employment opportunities. During his remarks, Daniel Lozano, Senior Vice President of Operations at Blue Diamond Resorts, stated:

This program not only benefits our new hosts but also their families and communities, creating a positive impact that extends far beyond our doors."

The event welcomed more than 60 new team members, including individuals with visual, auditory, intellectual, and motor disabilities, who will join the operations at Royalton Punta Cana, Hideaway at Royalton Punta Cana, Royalton Splash Punta Cana, Royalton Bavaro, and Royalton CHIC Punta Cana. Additionally, some of the new hosts shared their personal experiences, highlighting how this program has provided them with new opportunities and the confidence to grow professionally.

All-Inclusive Talent has been developed in collaboration with institutions such as the Instituto de Ayuda al Sordo Santa Rosa, the Fundación Dominicana de Ciegos, and the Fundación Gissell Eusebio, reflecting a collective effort to generate employment opportunities and promote inclusion.
