Scotchie’s Restaurant

Scotchie’s in Montego Bay is one of the best known jerk centres in Jamaica, with jerk chicken, jerk pork, sweet plantains, yams, tropical cocktails, and more. Watch the chefs cook your mouth-watering food in front of you on a wooden grill, and take your taste buds on an adventure!

Jerky’s Bar & Grill

As another amazing jerk restaurant in Montego Bay, this rustic location is a must-try for amazing food. Jerky’s also features a bar for everything alcoholic and non-alcoholic, and offers live entertainment with their in-house DJ and Karaoke nights.

The Pelican Grill

This restaurant comes highly recommended as a place to try authentic, home-style Jamaican dishes with West Indian curries, Escovitch fish, jerk chicken, stewed peas, oxtail and more. Dunn’s River Falls

This world class attraction in Jamaica is located in Ocho Rios, St. Ann, a 45 minute ride east of the resort. Here, guests are given the opportunity to climb the iconic falls and enjoy the picturesque view.

Bob Marley’s Birth Place

Discover the surroundings that started and influenced Jamaica’s most popular musician, the late Robert Nesta “Bob” Marley. This attraction is located in the village of Nine Mile St. Ann, about 90 minutes east of the resort. This serene hometown offers a guided tour of the original house where Bob was born, the grounds where he grew up, and the “Mt. Zion Rock,” where he spent much of his time meditating.

Rose Hall Great House

Located 30 minutes from the resort, Rose Hall Great House offers a vivid re-telling of the life of Annie Palmer, one of Jamaica’s most famous women. Mobay Proper Bar & Grill is a restaurant and sports bar where guests can enjoy good food, listen to local music, and play a game of pool. This destination is a popular destination among local residents, with the bar coming to life in the evening.

Return home with a piece of Jamaica. Visit the local craft market and duty-free shops to collect souvenirs and memorabilia. Must-haves to buy here are island spices and Jamaica's Blue Mountain Coffee to remind you of your heavenly tropical vacation.

Albert George Shopping and Historical Centre

Located in Falmouth, the Albert George Shopping centre offers craft items and other souvenir items perfect for you to remember the beautiful island by. One store found here is The Trading Post, which is a great place to find authentic artwork.  

Montego Bay Craft Market

Located on Harbour Street in downtown Montego Bay, this craft market is a great place to buy authentic Jamaican-made items from local vendors. Here, you can find handmade souvenirs such as straw hats, bags, musical instruments, carved objects and trinkets to bring home.
